cioccolato fondente 90% eccezionale sia sotto il profilo nutrizionale che qualitativo in quanto è costituito da cacao Criollo crudo non tostato e lavorato a basse temperature per mantenere intatte le proprietà nutrizionali e organolettiche del prodotto. Inoltre la lista degli ingredienti è molto breve, sintomo di estrema qualità del prodotto finale (solo cacao crudo, burro di cacao, zucchero di cocco e vaniglia). Il suo sapore è davvero ottimo, aromatico e rotondo, privo di quel tipico retrogusto amarognolo del cioccolato fondente. Una scoperta
